Everyday, Student Nutrition Services (SNS) works to nourish our students with food that enables them to live healthy lives and thrive inside and outside the classroom. SNS is made up of a team of more than 250 people who plan and coordinate the food being served across the district, serving over 30,000 meals a day!

Through the School Food Advisory (SFA), a district-wide youth program, SNS provides a space that promotes inspiration and challenges students to advocate for an equitable school dining experience through human-centered design, innovating solutions, and collaborative team work.

High school students are encouraged to apply for the 2018-2019 School Food Advisory Fellowship to innovate the future of school dining and enhance the bodies and minds of their school community.

Do you know a student who…

  • Enjoys designing solutions for a better future?
Great news! They can apply for the 2018-2019 School Food Advisory Fellowship by clicking here. The deadline to submit applications is December 3rd, 2018.
