Gluten Free Bagels

Gluten free flour - 2 cups
Water - ¾ cup
White bean paste - ½ cup (optional, for better rise)
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Yeast - 2 teaspoons

Yield 6 bagels
  1. Mix flour, yeast, and sugar
  2. Add bean paste, then just enough water to form a sticky dough
  3. Tip: add the water a little at a time, different gluten free flours take different amounts of water
  4. Divide dough into 6 pieces and form them into balls
  5. Press through the center of each ball to make a bagel shape
  6. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour, until doubled in size
  7. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees
You can mix in your favorite ingredients to this dough to make different flavors. Try out blueberries, or tomatoes and cheese, or sesame seeds!
